Is Bitcoin Bound to Reach $130,000 by 2025?
Bitcoin (BTC), currently trading at $28,450, is projected to reach or surpass the remarkable figure of $128,000 by 2025. This prediction is backed by various analytical models.
A prominent figure in the Bitcoin trading community, CryptoCon, recently shared his BTC price estimations on the platform X (previously known as Twitter). According to his analysis, Bitcoin's value might inch closer to the $130,000 mark in about two years.
Interestingly, a convergence of BTC price predictions seems to gravitate towards the $130,000 mark for 2025. While the crypto community is split on how BTC price will adapt to the block subsidy halving next year, CryptoCon maintains a bullish stance for the long term.
CryptoCon has reportedly been delving into Bitcoin cycle top experiments, consistently finding a recurring price projection around $130,000. His analysis indicates early tops in each price cycle, which on average, emerge around July 9. Notably, new all-time highs appear three weeks on either side of November 28, a phenomenon highlighted by Cointelegraph in their recent report.
CryptoCon further adds, “Doing this has found the price of the last two cycle tops precisely, and with our trend from the last cycle, gives us a price of about 138k.” He remains vigilant, preparing for lower prices, but remains optimistic about BTC touching $130,000 in this cycle.
On the other hand, seasoned Bitcoin analysts like Rekt Capital foresee a more turbulent journey for BTC. Citing the four-year halving cycles, Rekt Capital reminded the community about BTC’s previous behavior. About 180 days prior to the Halving, BTC retraced by 25% in 2015/2016 and 38% in 2019. He posed an intriguing question, “Does history repeat? Or does 2023 generate something entirely distinct?”
Rekt Capital, despite his macro bullish perspective, reminds us that history leans towards the bears. Yet, any potential dip should be viewed as an opportunity for re-accumulation.
